Weave is currently in invite-only beta. The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weave and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, loss of profits, or damages arising from AI-generated output. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

AI Content Disclaimer

Weave integrates with third-party AI models. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and accepting any AI-generated content before relying on it.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through Weave. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Termination
